Cancellation & Return Conditions

Return transactions must be made within 14 days from the date the product is received. The products to be returned must be unused, unopened, and have the original label attached. To make your return request, please follow the steps below:

a. Send your return request to the email address mentioned above.

b. The product must be sent to our specified address after your return request is approved. Our return address is: Kartal, Istanbul.

c. The shipping costs of the returned product are the responsibility of the consumer.

After your return request is approved, the return process will be initiated when the product reaches us. The return process will be completed within a maximum of 14 days after the product is checked and its suitability is ensured. The amount of the returned product will be refunded using the same payment method.

The following products cannot be returned:

a. Used or damaged products.

b. Products produced on special order or prepared specifically for an individual.

c. Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

According to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers' rights to cancel and return are reserved. Cancellation and return requests made in accordance with the conditions mentioned above will be evaluated within the legal framework.
