Distance Sales Agreement

The parties to this agreement are identified as iStartPay AI Technologies Inc. (seller) and the natural or legal person purchasing the product or service (consumer).

By approving this agreement, the consumer declares that they accept the terms of the distance sales agreement. The agreement comes into effect upon the consumer placing the order.

The seller is obliged to clearly state the basic features, price, payment methods, and delivery conditions of the product or service offered to the consumer on the website. The consumer must consider this information and give approval before placing the order.

The sale price of the product or service is the price valid at the time the order is placed, and the stated prices are expressed including VAT. Payment will be made using the method chosen by the consumer (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

The seller is obliged to deliver the order to the address specified by the consumer within a maximum of 30 days. The delivery period starts from the date the order is placed.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the seller in writing (via email or letter). In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned. Return procedures will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The consumer's personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. The consumer's personal data will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and meeting legal obligations.

In the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized.

This agreement comes into effect upon the consumer placing the order. The parties are deemed to have accepted all provisions of the agreement.
